Employee Diversity Training
Employees receive training around Diversity including who the different groups are that comprise the diverse populations in the communities we serve. This enables a better understanding of the Rights and Responsibilities of these groups and how we can ensure they receive equality in all that we do.
Comlink Australia employees and volunteers are aware of and adhere to the following imperatives, which are based around equity of access and outcome, empowerment, inclusion, quality, and capacity building.
