Be continues to grow with intent and welcomes Deborah Dixon to the Executive team in the newly created role of Executive Client Services. Deborah joins Vicky Meyer; Executive Strategy and Impact; Rosie Overfield, Executive of People, Culture and Compliance; Riaz Janif CFO and Liam Mayo CEO as part of Be’s new look Executive Team.

Deborah joins Be with more than ten years proven success in leading community aged care services. She has held a number of senior leadership roles within the industry including Strategic Development Manager and Operations Support Manager.

In her previous role as Director of Life Without Barriers, Deb led the disability, aged care and mental health portfolio including leading their Northern Territory and Queensland teams, generating system and process improvements and driving service excellence. Of note, she also led the implementation of the NT Quality Improvement Plan – Stronger Together.

As the Executive for Client Services, Deborah will have a strong focus on quality and clinical governance, adhering to the Aged Care Quality Standards and delivering an excellent client experience at Be. Deborah believes that our clients should have the right and opportunity to receive professional, quality care with dignity.
