Comlink Welcomes Newest Queensland Managers – Comlink Australia would like to extend a very warm welcome to its newest Queensland Managers to the leadership team. Please join us in extended a very warm welcome to Emma Doran and Soraya Shah who will lead our client services teams across the state.

Emma Doran (pictured right), will be leading the client services team in our Southern Regions. Emma has a varied employment history in the human services sector with extensive experience in strategic, practice and clinical leadership, which has included HR development, building collaborative stakeholder relationships, risk governance, transformational change and ensuring effective financial stewardship. Her most recent role saw her providing support and guidance to client services teams across Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care services.  Emma is passionate about the provision of aged care to client services and ensuring that the client is at the centre of everything we do.

Soraya Shah (pictured left), will be leading the client services team in our Northern Regions.  Soraya comes to Be with over 25 years of experience in operations and leadership roles across diverse geographical regions and business areas including Child Protection and Youth, Homelessness, Disability, Community and Residential Aged Care, Mental health and Social Inclusion. She is passionate about creative service delivery and always walking in the shoes of the client.
