Comlink Australia have a variety of roles currently available in all of our regions:
Personal Care Assistants
As a PCA you would be providing regular assistance to our clients with their personal hygiene and grooming, nutritional advice and meal preparation. You will need a minimum Certificate III qualification i.e. individual support, aged care, community services is required. You will also need experience working in the Home Care sector, particularly with Home Care Packages and CHSP funded care services is preferred.
Domestic Care Assistants
Our DCA’s help our clients to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home for their own peace of mind and wellbeing. This can be support with preparing meals, cleaning and providing social support during visits.
Client Drivers
A diverse role, interacting with different clients every day and the opportunity to provide a caring and personalised service. As a community transport driver you will collect clients from their home and provide them with a safe and comfortable ride to their destination. What we are looking for is someone who can provide safe, reliable and friendly door-to-door transport service and always maintain a professional relationship, while demonstrating genuine care for the clients. In addition to this, someone who can support our clients to engage in their local community and liaise with schedulers and office employees, especially if a clients needs have changed.
CHSP Advisors
As a CHSP Advisor you would be responsible for enhancing the quality of the clients experience with our services. Coordination of CHSP services, monitoring and responding to changing client needs and promoting health, wellbeing and continuity of care. To apply for this role you must have a Minimum Cert IV in Community Services/Health/Aged Care and/or Clinical background and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Aged Care industry. It is preferable that you have a demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care reform and Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS) and experience in case management, service development and practice excellence aligned to ACQS.
Case Managers
A Case Managers role is to work collaboratively with clients and key stakeholders to provide comprehensive assessment, individualised case management, wellbeing and support to promote the clients’ goals and wellness outcomes. You must have a minimum Diploma in Community Services/Health/ Aged Care and/or Clinical background and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Aged Care industry. A demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care reform and Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS) and experience in case management with advanced knowledge of person-centered care.
Business Support Officers
A diverse role, providing exceptional business support to our regional teams and instrumental in creating operational efficiencies and client satisfaction. You will need a minimum Cert III in Business, Finance, Community Service, Aged Care or other relevant qualification with excellent customer service and care. If you have demonstrated experience in working with rostering systems and a proven experience in undertaking scheduling activities we want to talk to you.
Client Services Support Officers
A client-focused role, which has been designed to deliver high quality customer service and administrative support to our clients and team. You will manage client enquiries via phone email, redirecting where required and be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. You will also assist with coordination of social events for our clients. The role requires that you have a minimum Cert III in Business, Finance, Community Service, Aged Care or other relevant qualification.
Lifestyle Assistants
A client-focused role, which has been designed to support individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. You might find yourself attending trips to the beach, a local gallery, markets, or the library, or assisting with lunches and activities at a respite centre. As part of the team, you will be directly involved in the events to make sure our clients go home with a big smile on their face. You must have a current driver’s license and a comprehensively insured, reliable car. We need people with genuine empathy and awareness of needs of aged and special needs clients from culturally and linguistically diverse background.
