Individual Social Support
We are able to provide you with one on one support to ensure you are not faced with social isolation. This could be in the form of assistance with shopping, someone visiting you in your home, someone taking you out to visit a local café, welfare checks by phone or in person assistance with using technology.
Group Social Support
Comlink Australia organises a range of social support events and activities for you to take part in, including walking groups, yoga and other physical exercise, arts and crafts groups, social clubs, live entertainment and group events.

To access our services, you will need to be registered and assessed by the Australian Government’s centralised contact centre known as My Aged Care.
